This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines what’s allowed - and what isn’t - when using the [@fuck.it] email service. These rules apply to all accounts, no matter your plan. If you break these rules, your account may be suspended or terminated, with or without notice.
1. Basic Rule
Don’t be a dick. Seriously. If you’re abusing the platform, causing harm or being shady - we’ll kick you out.
2. What You Can’t Do
Using [@fuck.it] for any of the following is strictly prohibited:
- Spamming (unsolicited bulk emails)
- Phishing or impersonating someone else
- Uploading malware, viruses or ransomware
- Harassment, threats or hate speech
- Sharing illegal, violent or sexually abusive content
- Distributing material that violates intellectual property rights (e.g., pirated content)
- Using stolen credentials or fake identities
- Promoting terrorism, trafficking or organized crime
- Using bots to register or control accounts
- Running scams, fraud or deceptive schemes
- Reselling or sharing accounts without authorization
- Illegal gambling
- MLM schemes or fake marketing
- Selling fake followers or likes
- Unlicensed pharma
- Getting us blacklisted
- Violating export control laws or sanctions - including sending restricted content (e.g., ITAR data) or using the service from embargoed regions or as a sanctioned individual
3. Technical Abuse
- Don’t overload or attack our servers
- Don’t probe, scan or attempt to bypass security
- Don’t use the service for mass automation or relay services
4. Username Rules
- No hate speech, violence, impersonation or incitement
- We may block or reclaim offensive or misleading usernames
5. Invite-Only System
If you misuse invite codes - by distributing them publicly or selling access - we may ban your account.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report violations of this Policy, email abuse@fuck.it. We investigate all reports. If someone’s abusing the system, we’ll deal with it.
7. Enforcement
We can suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We may do this without warning if you’ve clearly crossed the line.
8. Other Policies
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy and Abuse Policy.
Our Acceptable Use rules also reflect the standards required by Open-Xchange (OX), our European platform provider. They help us keep [@fuck.it] fast, secure and badass for everyone.
