Mail storage

This is the space on our servers that holds your mailbox. With IMAP your mail lives online so every device stays in sync. All folders count toward the quota including Sent, Spam and Trash. APEX includes 100 GB. Other plans have smaller quotas tuned for everyday use. If you need more you can add extra mailbox storage later as an add-on.

Attachments

Files you send with email. In CORE attachments are capped at 25 MB per message since it does not include Drive. On plans with Drive you can send big files as Drive links up to 1 GB per message so delivery stays reliable and inboxes stay light.

Unified Inbox

See mail from multiple accounts in one view. Add external addresses, keep one combined inbox then sort with folders, flags and filters. Works in webmail and supported mobile apps.

Scheduled Mail

Queue a message to send at a precise time. Write now then pick the moment it should land in their inbox so you avoid late-night pings and hit business hours. Included in EDGE and APEX plans via webmail.

Email Undelete

Bring back messages you deleted by mistake even after emptying Trash. We keep a recovery window of up to 14 days so you can restore what mattered. Included in EDGE and APEX plans.

File storage

Space in OX Drive for your files. Store docs, media and backups in your private cloud, sync to your devices, share with private links and keep version history so edits are safe. Available on plans with Drive. APEX includes 30 GB by default. If you need more you can add extra file storage later as an add-on.

OX Drive

Cloud storage for your files. Save, sync and share across devices with web and installed apps. Version history protects edits, previews speed up browsing and you can share folders with private guest links. Works with Mail so you can send a Drive link instead of bulky attachments. Available on plans with Drive. APEX includes 30 GB by default, add more as an add-on when needed.

Online Office (Text, Spreadsheet, Presentation)

Browser-based editors integrated with Drive. Create, edit and co-edit documents, spreadsheets and slides, control access with sharing then roll back with version control when needed. Smooth in the browser and available as installed apps. Available on plans that include Online Office.

Unified Storage

One file view for your stuff. Manage OX Drive files alongside connected sources so you can browse, search and share from a single place. Send links instead of bulky attachments and keep versions tidy. Available on plans with OX Drive.

Drive File Encryption

Protect files stored in Drive with encryption at rest. Share with passwords, expiries and permission controls and keep version history encrypted too. Available on plans with OX Drive and OX Guard.

OX Guard: End-to-End Encryption (Email & Attachments)

Encrypt messages and files so only sender and recipient can read them. Works with outside contacts via secure web links with a passphrase or one-time code. Supports PGP by default with optional S/MIME where available. Included on plans that feature OX Guard. On other plans OX Guard is also available as an add-on if needed.

Antivirus, Anti-phishing and Spam protection

Inbound mail is scanned for malware, junk is filtered before it hits your inbox and OX Drive downloads get checked. On APEX time-of-click link protection adds another layer against sneaky phishing.

TLS & at-rest encryption

TLS locks the connection between your device and our servers so logins and mail travel encrypted. At-rest encryption protects stored mail and files in our data centers. For content-level privacy use OX Guard so only sender and recipient can read it. TLS is on every plan, OX Guard is on supported plans.

No tracking. Ads-free.

We do not run ads. We do not scan your emails for targeting. We do not sell or share your data. Only minimal technical logs exist to keep things secure and to bill correctly. One functional cookie for login, nothing that follows you around. You pay us so we work for you.

Webmail access

A fast, modern web app with tabs, threaded conversations, quick search and a clean attachment view. Runs in all major browsers and keeps the same feel on desktop and mobile. Included on all plans.

POP & IMAP access

Connect with any standard mail app using IMAP for full sync and SMTP for sending. POP3 is available if you prefer local download. Works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and others. Available on plans that include client access.

Mobile sync

Use your phone’s native apps for mail, contacts and calendar so everything stays in sync. Setup is quick with a QR code or profile. OX Drive has native apps on iOS and Android for browsing, uploads and sharing. Available on plans with client access, Drive apps on plans with OX Drive.

Portal Dashboard

Your start page with widgets for mail, calendar, tasks and files. Pin what you use, hide what you don’t and reorder cards to fit your flow. See new messages, today’s events and recent files at a glance. Included on all plans.

Address Books

Personal and shared contact lists that stay in sync across devices. Store names, numbers, emails, photos and notes, group people, search fast and merge duplicates when things get messy. Share a book with view or edit rights so teams can keep one source of truth. Import from vCard or CSV and export to vCard when you need a backup. Available in webmail on all plans, mobile sync on plans with client access.

Calendars

Multiple calendars for work, personal and shared events, all color coded so you see the day at a glance. Invite people by email, track RSVPs, set reminders, pick time zones and repeat events with clean rules. Attach files from Drive, subscribe to public ICS feeds and share calendars with read or edit permissions. Available in webmail on all plans, mobile sync on plans with client access.

Tasks

Task lists for you or the group with due dates, reminders, priorities and file attachments from Drive. Turn an email into a task, delegate items to others and use recurring tasks for routines you never want to forget. Everything stays in step between webmail and supported apps. Available in webmail on all plans, mobile sync on plans with client access.

Invite-only access

Only people with an invite can join. Your account includes invite codes you can share to bring your friends in too; revoke one and the link dies so you get the slot back. APEX includes up to 20 invite codes, other plans include fewer. No public signup link, no squatters.

Premium usernames

Short or iconic names are premium and cost extra. Tiers range from ULTRA (one-letter) and ELITE (two-letter) to SUPER, RARE and BASIC plus other sought-after handles you can pick during signup. All premium usernames include Identity Lock PLUS which blocks look-alikes, digit swaps and simple typos so your handle stays unique.

Identity Lock

Our signature protection for usernames. When you claim a handle we reserve confusing look-alikes so impostors cannot pass as you. It shuts down dotted, dashed or underscored riffs before they become a problem. CORE includes Identity Lock. EDGE and APEX include Identity Lock PLUS. All Premium usernames come with Identity Lock PLUS.

BASIC vs PLUS: Basic blocks look-alikes made with dots, dashes and underscores including repeats and tricky placements. PLUS adds stronger coverage: simple digit swaps, one-character typos and basic leetspeak on top of BASIC.
