[@fuck.it] is strictly anti-spam. This policy explains what we consider spam, how we respond to it and what happens if you violate the rules. We rely on Open-Xchange’s (OX) trusted filtering systems to help keep inboxes clean. For more, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not allow spam. If you send unsolicited bulk email or violate this policy, we will suspend or terminate your account - no warnings.
Spam includes (but isn’t limited to):
Trying to “trick the system” with shady tactics still counts as spam. That includes using misleading subject lines, cloaked links, fake identities or working through third-party services.
We can and will:
If someone is spamming from [@fuck.it], report it to abuse@fuck.it and if possible include the spam email with full headers. We investigate all complaints.
We use filters, rate limits, content flags and IP analysis to detect abuse. We also rely on OX spam filtering technology to flag and isolate known threats based on global signatures and machine learning. If something gets flagged, we may throttle, block or investigate. We comply with laws like the CAN-SPAM Act – and you should too. If you’re not familiar, it basically means: only email people who want to hear from you, include legit info and honor opt-outs. If you break those rules using our service, you’re out. That’s how we keep the service clean.
We don’t care who you are. Spam once - and you’re out.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Abuse Policy.
Got questions, concerns or just want to double-check something? Drop us a line at support@fuck.it or use our support form. We’ll get back to you - unless you’re a bot or a jerk.
This isn’t just about rules - it’s about respect.
