[@fuck.it] is strictly anti-spam. This policy explains what we consider spam, how we respond to it and what happens if you violate the rules. We rely on Open-Xchange’s (OX) trusted filtering systems to help keep inboxes clean. For more, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Zero Tolerance
We do not allow spam. If you send unsolicited bulk email or violate this policy, we will suspend or terminate your account - no warnings.
2. What Counts as Spam
Spam includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Mass email to people who didn’t ask for it
- Unsolicited promotions, links or ads
- Chain letters, fake sweepstakes or pyramid schemes
- Harvesting or buying email lists
- Using bots to create accounts or send messages
- Sending spam or bulk messages in violation of export laws or international sanctions (e.g. to embargoed regions or sanctioned individuals)
3. Don't Be Clever
Trying to “trick the system” with shady tactics still counts as spam. That includes using misleading subject lines, cloaked links, fake identities or working through third-party services.
4. Enforcement
We can and will:
- Suspend or close your account
- Revoke invites
- Report you to your domain registrar or ISP
- Share abuse logs with relevant authorities if needed
5. Reporting Spam
If someone is spamming from [@fuck.it], report it to abuse@fuck.it and if possible include the spam email with full headers. We investigate all complaints.
6. Protecting the Platform
We use filters, rate limits, content flags and IP analysis to detect abuse. We also rely on OX spam filtering technology to flag and isolate known threats based on global signatures and machine learning. If something gets flagged, we may throttle, block or investigate. We comply with laws like the CAN-SPAM Act – and you should too. If you’re not familiar, it basically means: only email people who want to hear from you, include legit info and honor opt-outs. If you break those rules using our service, you’re out. That’s how we keep the service clean.
7. No Exceptions
We don’t care who you are. Spam once - and you’re out.
8. Related Policies
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Abuse Policy.
