These Trial Account Terms ("Trial Terms") supplement our Terms of Service ("Terms"). If there is a conflict these Trial Terms control for any matter that is specific to a trial account.

1. Scope and eligibility

Trial accounts are provided at our discretion for evaluation, press review or limited access programs. Trials are invite-only and non-transferable. One trial per person and per organization unless we agree in writing. We may require identity or affiliation verification to prevent abuse.

2. Duration

A trial runs for 30 calendar days starting at activation. Access stops automatically at expiry.

3. Features and limits

During the trial you receive access to the APEX features for evaluation only.

We may apply reasonable technical safeguards during the trial to protect deliverability and system health. These may include outbound rate limits attachment size caps disabled list imports or similar protective measures.

Trials include best-effort support only with no SLA. Uptime targets and service credits do not apply.

4. Usernames and identity

No Premium Usernames: Trial accounts cannot register Premium Usernames.

Keeping your handle: You may keep your chosen non-premium username only if you upgrade to a paid plan during the 30-day trial. If you do not upgrade the username may be released without notice after expiry.

Identity Lock: Identity Lock and related protections apply only after successful upgrade to a paid plan.

Reservation rights: We may reclaim or rename trial accounts to protect brand integrity or prevent confusion.

5. Acceptable use anti-spam and content

All use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. Bulk mailing purchased lists automated signups or any activity that may harm deliverability or other users is prohibited. We may throttle or suspend a trial immediately if we detect abuse.

6. Press access

If your trial is granted for press or review you may publish screenshots and impressions of publicly available features provided you do not disclose non-public information security details or confidential communications. Please credit the service as [@fuck.it] and link to https://fuck.it. Embargoes or pre-release access terms if any apply in addition to these Trial Terms.

7. Data retention and expiry

When a trial ends access to the mailbox and related features stops. We may delete the trial mailbox files and settings at any time after expiry with no backup guarantee. We may keep minimal records required for security billing or compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Conversion and billing

You can upgrade at any time during the trial. The paid plan starts a new billing term on upgrade. Trial time is not credited toward paid service. Fees for Premium Usernames apply only after upgrade if available and permitted.

9. Early suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate a trial at any time for policy or security reasons or if we reasonably believe the trial is misused. Trials are free of charge. No refunds or credits apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Trial Terms. Substantive changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of a trial after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
